Agreement

These terms apply when you use tech4l.com, the T4L Networks service, or the T4L Owner, T4L POS or T4L Local apps (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

The service

T4L Networks lets the owner of a MikroTik hotspot network sell internet cards through the network's login page, with payment by mobile wallet. It works in two models:

• Reseller: the owner uploads cards to T4L, customers pay to T4L's wallet numbers, and T4L delivers the card on the login page.
• Subscription: the owner pays a fixed fee, keeps the cards on their own phone in T4L Local, and receives payments on their own number.

T4L provides the software. The internet connection itself is provided by the network owner, who is responsible for its quality, speed and availability.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and verification codes secret. T4L staff will never ask you for them.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
• Activation codes for T4L Local are bound to one phone. Sharing them, or trying to bypass the binding, is not allowed.

Network owners

• You confirm that you operate the network and are entitled to sell every card you upload, and that the cards are valid.
• Reseller model: you set a buy price per card category. For every card T4L sells, T4L owes you that buy price. Your balance is the value of cards sold minus what T4L has already paid you and any fees shown in the app. Payouts are made as agreed with you.
• Subscription model: the fee and the length of each period are shown in the app before you create a network. A period starts once the payment is recorded. If you renew early you lose no days; if you renew after expiry, the new period starts from the day you pay.
• When a subscription expires, T4L Local stops sending cards automatically and stops accepting new cards. Your stored cards are not deleted and remain visible to you.
• Where a percentage of point-of-sale sales applies, it is shown in the app.

Points of sale

• You can sell a network's cards only after its owner approves your link request.
• The cost of each card is shown before you confirm a purchase. Amounts you owe the network owner are recorded in the app, and you settle them through collections.
• Card codes are shown once at purchase. Copy or save them before leaving the screen.

Hotspot customers

• Your card is delivered after your payment is confirmed from the wallet's notification. Enter the same number you paid from.
• Any amount left over after a purchase stays as balance on your number for future card purchases. It is not a bank deposit.
• If you lose a card, you can recover it from the login page using your number, the card amount and the transfer time.
• Problems with internet speed or coverage should be raised with the network owner.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• submit fake payments or someone else's payment, or try to obtain cards you did not pay for;
• upload cards you have no right to sell;
• attack, overload, scan or reverse engineer our servers or apps to get around their limits;
• use the service for anything illegal.

Apps and updates

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use our apps for their intended purpose. Download them only from tech4l.com. We may release updates, and an older version may stop working when an update is required for security or compatibility.

Third parties

The service depends on mobile wallets, mobile carriers, MikroTik equipment, hosting and SMS providers that T4L does not control. We are not responsible for their outages, fees or errors, but we will help you resolve problems where we can.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, T4L is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid T4L in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used for fraud. You can close your account at any time from the account deletion page. Amounts owed between you and T4L, or between owners and points of sale, remain payable after closure.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell app users inside the apps when a change is significant. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
