How to request

1. Send us a message by email or WhatsApp with the subject Delete my T4L account. Include the phone number of the account and say whether it is a T4L Owner or T4L POS account.
2. We send a verification code by SMS to that phone number to confirm the request comes from you.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What we delete

• your profile: name, phone number, password hash, city and location;
• the device identifiers and sessions linked to your account;
• for owners: unsold cards, card categories, line numbers, report schedules and line reports;
• for points of sale: your links to networks.

What we keep

Records of money that moved — payments, sales, payouts, fees and collections — are kept as long as needed for accounting and to resolve disputes, because other people (network owners, points of sale, customers) rely on them. They are kept separate from your deleted profile and are not used for anything else.

Before you delete

• Owners: if T4L owes you a balance, ask for your payout first.
• Points of sale: settle any amounts you owe to network owners. Deleting the account does not cancel them.

T4L Local

T4L Local has no account. Your cards and sales live only on your phone, so uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them. To end your subscription and remove your device record from our servers, send us a request the same way as above.

Hotspot customers

If you bought cards on a T4L network and want the records linked to your phone number removed, send us the number. Payment records are kept as described above.
